Booking Deadline: November 17, 2025 (rooms are limited — book early!)
Hotel Rate: $199 per night (plus taxes & fees)
Booking Policy: You must register for the conference to receive the exclusive hotel booking link.
Daily Incidental Hold: $100 per night (released 3–7 business days after checkout).
Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night room and
tax charge.
