CONFERENCE REGISTRATION TERMS 

Online conference registration is available through November 28, 2025, or until capacity is reached by credit card only. PURCHASE ORDERS (PO) will no longer be accepted after October 17, 2025

Last day, for Hotel Accommodations at Group Rate, is November 17, 2025

 NO refunds will be issued.

Declined credit cards may result in delayed registration.

On-site registration is available if capacity is not reached prior to the start of the conference. On-site Registration is $750.

CREDIT CARDS & SCHOOL DISTRICT CHECKS ONLY

Attendees will not gain access to conference activities without remitting full payment and displaying conference credentials.

  • A $30.00 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
  • A $75.00 fee will be assessed to transfer registration from one individual to another. Registration transfer requests must be submitted in writing by November 14, 2025.

Conference badges must be worn to gain access to all conference activities. The registrant’s full name and organization will appear on your conference credentials and registration documents exactly as it is provided on the registration form.

All registration fees must be paid in full prior to receiving conference materials.

CancelLations – NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED

No refunds will be granted for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure. NABSE is not responsible for weather-related cancellations, illnesses, acts of God, travel-related problems, terrorism, loss of employment, and/or duplicate purchases or other costs incurred by attendees associated with the program. NABSE thanks you for your understanding.
