CONFERENCE REGISTRATION TERMS 

1. Payment Processing

Declined credit cards may delay the processing of your registration. Please verify your payment details to avoid delays.

2. On-Site Registration

On-site registration will be available for attendees who have not registered in advance.

3. Accepted Forms of Payment

NABSE accepts credit cards and school district checks only. Personal checks and cash payments are not accepted.

4. Registration Transfers

$75.00 transfer fee will apply to transfer a registration from one individual to another.
All transfer requests must be submitted in writing by December 5, 2025.

5. Conference Credentials

Conference badges must be worn at all times to access sessions, exhibits, and official conference activities.

Your full name and organization will appear on your badge and registration documents exactly as entered during registration.

6. Payment Requirement

All registration fees must be paid in full before receiving conference materials or credentials.
If your organization is paying by purchase order, please ensure payment is processed before you arrive at the conference.
