Greetings, NABSE members!
As per Article X, A., proposed amendments to our governing document may be submitted by members of NABSE if they are submitted to the Chair of the Constitution and Bylaws Committee by April 2. Click here to view the proposed amendments that were submitted to the Committee by verified members of NABSE by the deadline.
There will be the second of two virtual informational sessions called "Bylaw Forums" on October 27 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. EST to answer questions and clarify this process.
In addition to the proposed amendments, also attached are a synopsis and the CV for our National Parliamentarian. This review allows the members to familiarize themselves with the proposed changes, which will be presented for a vote at the Delegate Assembly during our Annual NABSE Conference.
Attendance is encouraged. The Zoom link is below.
