If you are registered for the NABSE Annual Conference but are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague or qualified individual.

Transfer Fee

A non-refundable $75 transfer fee is required to process all registration transfers.
Deadline

Transfer requests must be submitted at least 14 business days prior to the start of the conference.
Process

Once this form and payment are received, the original registration will be canceled, and a confirmation email with conference details will be issued to the new registrant.
